GROUP AIR
The show can’t go on without your attendees! AMI understands the importance of an efficient, centralized air booking process. Our Group Air representatives will negotiate the best airfares for your program and coordinate your group’s movement flawlessly. We will analyze all viable Group Air options in order to provide you with the most streamlined and cost effective package to best serve your attendees’ travel needs. From online booking tools to a full VIP air desk, AMI has your travelers covered.
AMI’s Group Air services include:
Private Fares - Flat rates negotiated on your behalf with preferred airlines. A minimum of 25 travelers attending the same meeting is required to negotiate a Private Fare.
Blocked Space - Twenty or more participants traveling on the exact dates, times and routings can reserve Blocked Space.
Meeting Contract Fares - Contract discounts are negotiated with airlines when numerous attendees are flying in from many home cities. A minimum of 10 travelers is required to obtain a discounted airline contract.
Fare Management - The Group Air department can manage the airline costs of a program by adhering to parameters set by the client. If the fare exceeds the maximum fare amount pre-determined, our air agent will contact you for approval before issuing the ticket.
Quality Control - Our automated quality control product searches for lower fares that may enter the market after the time of ticketing.
Online Airline Registration - Our web-based meeting registration interfaces with online airline booking, saving valuable time and ensuring accurate arrival and departure lists and ticket information for the group.
Air Analysis - An air analysis can be requested to determine which destination will be the most economical for the airline budget requirements.
Air Reports - Air reports can be provided through the booking process and a final report can be provided at the conclusion of a program. A report lists all airline and service fee transactions issued in conjunction with a given event.
Booking Procedures - The Group Air department is flexible to receive travel requests through multiple avenues: online registration, email/fax travel forms and phone.
On-Site Support - A Group Air agent can travel on-site with any meetings & incentives group.
